Knaphill has had its fair share of anti-social behaviour in the past and quite rightly each case has been dealt with appropriately by the local authorities or the police. But unfortunately, there are those who complain, simply for the sake of complaining. The Knaphill Working Men’s Club, The Anchor, The Royal Oak and The Hunters Lodge are all providing excellent and legal entertainment for Knaphill residents but constantly find themselves visited because of complaints about noise.
A perfect example of this occured on Saturday 27 August. An excellent night was had by all at the Knaphill Working Men’s Club as glam rock band Lipstick Torpedo provided the entertainment. The music which shut down promptly at 11:30pm was hardly audible outside and yet, some individual living across the road still complained.

I agree, there is no trouble at all just a little noise that is not audible outside the car park, so how somebody is complaining when they live a distance away is ridiculous !!! The entertainment was fantastic last night so why does the person not take a look inside and maybe they would enjoy themselves being in locals company and meeting new people !!!
